Der einreichende Fotograf versichert, dass er das/die Foto(s) selbst gemacht hat und dass das/die Foto(s) frei von Urheberrechten Dritter sind. Der Einreichende erklärt sich mit der Veröffentlichung der Fotos unter Nennung seines Namens im Web u. ggf. Druck bereit. Der Fotograf behält dessen ungeachtet das Urheberrecht an seinem/seinen Fotos. Die Redaktion behält sich vor, über die Veröffentlichung der Fotos zu entscheiden. Dem Einsender entstehen keinerlei Kosten. Sämtliche Kosten der Veröffentlichung trägt KunstDuesseldorf. KunstDuesseldorf verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung des Datenschutzes. Es werden keinerlei Daten an Dritte weitergegeben. Weicht der Einreichende von diesen Vereinbarungen ab, haftet KunstDuesseldorf hieraus nicht. Dies gilt insbesondere für etwaige Copyrechtsverletzungen. Mit der Einreichung der Fotos erklärt sich der jeweilig Einreichende sein Einverständnis mit diesen Vereinbarungen.

The submitting photographer assures that he has taken the photo(s) by himself and that the foto(s) is/are free of third party copyrights. The submitter accepts the publishing of his photo(s) in web/print quoting his name. The copyright still remains to the photographer. The publisher “KunstDuesseldorf” reserves the right to decide whether to publish a photo or not. The submitter of the photos will not be charged with any fees, all expenses of publishing lie with “KunstDuesseldorf”. “KunstDuesseldorf” commits to data protection. There will not be any data sharing with third party. For a not corresponding behavior of the submitter there is not any resonsibility of KunstDuesseldorf, especially concerning the copyrights of third part. With sumission of the photos, the submitter accepts these conditions.
